Green Tomato Relish

 Remember when we got scared of a frost and then the smog/pollution created a heat bubble over our farm and kept it toasty- after we pulled half of our tomatoes in case it did freeze, and covered what we could with blankets and sweaters and whatnot? The pulled green tomatoes made this Green Tomato Relish! 

Tastes like an antipasto- use as salsa, on crackers + cheese, charcuterie boards, add fresh onion to make chow-chow (cracker dip!), hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, and more!

Naturally grown without herbicides and pesticides (non-certified organic)
